Taste of Autumn 2018: An Evening of Fab Food & the Fab Four

Gatlinburg celebrates the beginning of the fall season with an evening filled with delicious signature dishes from area restaurants and top-notch entertainment at the 21st Annual Taste of Autumn on Thursday, September 13 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This year’s event will feature live musical performances by one of America’s most renowned Beatles tribute bands, Abbey Road Live! Abbey Road LIVE! is an all-star Beatles tribute band hailing from the famous Athens, Georgia music scene. Known for their authentic sound and creative exuberance, the band is sure to delight audiences of all ages with their diverse repertoire of classic Beatles hits and lesser known favorites. Over the years, proceeds from Taste of Autumn have successfully raised more than $180,000 in support of United Way and their sponsorship of community programs for Sevier County residents.

“This year’s Taste of Autumn promises to be a fun celebration, complete with great music and delicious samplings from some of Gatlinburg’s finest restaurants – the perfect way to welcome the fall season while contributing to a worthy cause,” said Mark Adams, CEO, Gatlinburg Convention and Visitors Bureau.  “We are proud to support the United Way of Sevier County in their mission to address our community’s needs and improve the futures of those that live and work in Sevier County.

Over a dozen area restaurants, eateries and beverage partners will provide samples of their best fare for unlimited tasting.  Participating partners include:  Land Shark Bar and Grill, Wine A Little & Tapas Bar, Texas Roadhouse, Mellow Mushroom, Alvin’s Kitchen, Dick’s Last Resort, Bennett’s Pit BBQ, Savannah Bee Company, Dick’s Last Resort, The Fox and Parrot Tavern, Cici’s Pizza, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Paula Deen Retail Store, Ben & Jerry’s, Proof of the Pudding, Mama’s Chicken Kitchen, J.O.E., Pop’s Sub Shop and Brother Johnson & Sister BBQ.

Taste of Autumn will be in the Tennessee Ballroom at Mill’s Conference Center. Tickets are $30, and children under the age of five are free to attend. A reserved table for a party of 10 is available for $300. A corporate VIP package for a party of 10 is available for $500 and includes priority seating, meet and greet with the talent and wine on the table.
