Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales Returns to Entertain the Streets of Gatlinburg with Its First Ever Fall Run

The first-ever fall edition of Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales begins Friday, October 4 and continues every Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. until the end of October.

Smoky Mountain Harvest Tunes and Tales celebrates the season with an array of performances from its talented cast of storytellers, cloggers, and musicians as they bring Gatlinburg’s storied past and the region’s musical distinctions to life. Each night will conclude with a “Shindig” at Reagan Terrace Mall at 9 p.m., where all 13 or more acts gather for a closing show. For years, Smoky Mountain Tunes and Tales has made the walkable streets of Gatlinburg its live stage, providing educational and entertaining performances the whole family can enjoy.

“Gatlinburg is a walking town. Tunes & Tales enhances our visitors’ experience as they stroll the Parkway in the evenings,” said Mark Adams, President and CEO of the Gatlinburg Convention and Visitors Bureau. “Fall will see new and returning performers joining the cast and we are excited to have their talent as we continue to share the music and culture of our Appalachian heritage with visitors.”

Gatlinburg’s Smoky Mountain Harvest Tunes & Tales is an official activity of the Gatlinburg Convention and Visitors Bureau. For more information on this and other special events, visit www.gatlinburg.com/events.
